Known as a Change Champion and a Queen of Quality, Chanelle does more than just solve problems, she helps organizations and programs institutionalize a cultural shift by channeling leadership support, fostering new/leveraging existing internal and external partnerships, and inclusion and engagement of all organizational levels and areas within the process. With a background in research, Chanelle understands the importance of utilizing data to identify improvement opportunities, monitor progress, and track for sustainability. Her performance management skills also include development and use of performance management systems and dashboards to track and monitor KPIs and performance metrics as well as developing performance reporting.
In addition to change and quality efforts, Chanelle also has assisted with and/or led organizational strategic planning efforts for several years and led organizational achievement of national accreditation. Her extensive knowledge and experience also include community assessments, community improvement plans, policy review and development, process mapping, and developing standard operating procedures.
